Satisfaction Guarantee
At Vynor Code, we value quality, transparency and trust in each project delivered. That's why we offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee after the final delivery of the service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result, you can request a refund within this period.
How it works:

The guarantee is valid for 10 calendar days from the final delivery of the project.

The request must be made by written message (email or business WhatsApp), stating the reason for dissatisfaction.

After the request has been analyzed and approved, the refund will be made within 10 business days.
What happens after refund:

The website will be removed from the air, as well as domains, hosting and integrations. (if done with us.)

The client will lose full access to the project, including pages, settings, images and design used.

If the website is on its own platform, the customer must prove the complete deletion of the content.

All support and maintenance ends immediately upon refund.
Important:

You are not permitted to keep the website online or reuse parts of the content after the refund.

Services outside the initial scope, or contracted separately, are not included in the warranty.

Vynor Code is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete data sent by the customer.
